Sweet potatoes may vary in shape from oblong to round. The roots do not only differ in shape, but also in color. The peel and inside of sweet potatoes can be white, slightly yellow, orange, purple or red. Our sweet potatoes are from the orange variety. The inside is yellow to orange and has a mild, sweet flavor. Sweet potatoes are very tasteful and useful for many different dishes.
